Notes :
- Olive oil is not used in power.
- Reduce the amount of salt in the food where salt helps to hold fluids in the body.
- Prefer to exercise any type of sport that suits you.
This program is designed for five days, but the program can be extended to another five days and you should stop the program in case you feel tired, and in that case to give yourself a break from dieting programs until you feel better and you are healthy.
