I love this free abs workout video quite definitely (since it is my creation lol). I include exercises for 3 of the key stomach muscles - higher, side and lower abdominal. The training video is challenging and at the start, it can be problematic for you. My advice is to attempt to follow my repetitions and if you feel tired rest for some time (1-2 repetitions) and continue.

The goal of this video is usually to be hard and challenging - unless you experience difficulty, this ab workout is not well suited for you (you will need harder exercises).

But if you feel exercises are hard for you - Bingo! - This ab workout is merely for you. Exercises must be hard; often they don't really have any weight damage result.

Through the cardio area of the video, I take advantage of little dumbbells (1,5 kg or 3 pounds) - this is for advanced people. You are able to do cardio without dumbbells, but move your forearms, because while moving hands you burn up extra calories.

2 mins 30 secs - warm-up

3 minutes - top stomach muscles


4 minutes - exercises for love grips (area ab exercises)

2 minutes - lower abs exercises

4 minutes - exercises that focus on lower belly and hips

1 minute - respiration and relaxation

3 mins 30 secs - cardio (also called: aerobics)

1 minute - exercises for love handles

1 minute - aerobics (also know as cardio)

1 minute - deep breathing and relaxation


The very next day after you do my free belly workout, you abdominal may/must sore (if indeed they don't, this means you did little or nothing).

Muscle sore is a standard thing, particularly if you are a newbie and do not have workout experience.
