the sport is a physical effort through the performance of certain exercises or the exercise of some kind of favorite sports (hobby), and this sport is old for a long time The Egyptians were practicing various sports such as wrestling and dancing, and other peoples that left behind a civilization through hobbies Sports, and therefore sports have many great and indispensable benefits in our daily lives, and we will recognize these benefits through this article.

 Sports, as some belief, need hours of personalization a day but can be practiced in daily life by changing daily routines and adding movement, and these benefits will give you when you exercise and movement as demonstrated by recent studies:
 - Reduce the likelihood of contracting diabetes type I and II. Reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and cholesterol.
- Get rid of the fat accumulated in the body and thus is a way to maintain body weight. Makes the mind better and the memory active.

Sports are important in your life and must eliminate laziness and inactivity because most diseases and psychological problems occur because of them.
